Procedure

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pot, heat butter, milk, sugar, and salt until butter melts and milk gently bubbles.
  3. Add sifted bread flour, stir quickly until combined, and remove from heat.
  4. Add sweet potato starch, mix into a dough.
  5. Gradually add beaten eggs, mixing until the batter forms a triangle peak when lifted.
  6. Fold in shredded cheese.
  7. Transfer batter to a piping bag and pipe onto a lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
