Cheese Mochi Bread

Procedure
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pot, heat butter, milk, sugar, and salt until butter melts and milk gently bubbles.
- Add sifted bread flour, stir quickly until combined, and remove from heat.
- Add sweet potato starch, mix into a dough.
- Gradually add beaten eggs, mixing until the batter forms a triangle peak when lifted.
- Fold in shredded cheese.
- Transfer batter to a piping bag and pipe onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden.
